The Adult Social Care workforce is critical to the delivery of the Adult Social Care Vision and Strategy. It is essential that employees are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to provide high quality care and support. The workforce should feel empowered to deliver high-quality care, and to鈥痙evelop in their roles and progress in their careers, if that is right for them. Our Adult Social Care People Plan 2023-25 sets out our priorities, to help ensure we attract, retain and develop our workforce to support the delivery of the Adult Social Care Vision and Strategy.
