Area Commissioning Teams – Contact and Care Provider Forum information

All providers contracted with 彩霸王论坛 are allocated to one of our five area commissioning teams. To identify which team is responsible for your service, look up the service details in the care services directory

The area teams can help with enquiries about your service’s contract with 彩霸王论坛. They are responsible for assessing the quality of services through the Provider Quality Assurance Statement (PQAS) process and they arrange care provider forums.
