Children's parties
Why not host your child’s birthday party at the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park?
For £40 an hour we provide:
- use of our private function room
- free entry for one organiser - normal admission charges apply for everyone else at the party
- use of tables and chairs for up to 20 children
- access to set up/decorate
We do require another form to be filled out if the room is being hired for the purpose of birthday parties. The forms are sent by email.
Payment
We only charge for the time the room is in use.
Only one organiser will be allowed free entrance.
If you are paying on the day you must pay before 2:30pm (wintertime) or 3:30pm (summertime).
We can also help create a guest list so to give you an accurate quote and delay payment until the above times.
On the form, you can let us know who you would like to pay for and who will be paying for themselves.
Decorations
Guests are free to bring their own decorations. They can come in before the party arrives to set it up.
We do not provide any party packages, but we can coordinate support by providing trolleys for your items to and from the room.
Timings
Once the children are inside the park, they can look at the animals for as long as they want.
The only time limit we have is for the room:
- The room will be opened 5 to 10 minutes before the booked time
- We will lock the room 10 to 15 minutes after the booking hour
You can leave items in the room until 2:30pm (wintertime) or 3:30pm (summertime) for free.
