Submit a charitable street collection return
When you’ve been granted a permit we’ll send you a ‘Form of Statement’. You must fill this in and return it to us after you’ve finished your collection. We must receive your Form of Statement within one month of your collection finishing.
Your form must:
- be signed by an independent responsible person such as an accountant
- list the names of the people who collected money for you
- state how much money you collected
