165 artists and groups open their studio doors in an art trail across Birmingham.
Birmingham Open Studios (BOS) is an art experience like no other in Birmingham. It will be held on 2 weekends: 28 to 29 September and 5 to 6 October 2024.
The event encourages creativity, artistic growth and local trade. It fosters a spirit of community in the local area.
Visitors can discover local artists, as well as artists from the wider area, to ask questions about techniques, and enjoy a look behind the scenes at real working studios.
BOS allows artists at all levels to participate equally, showcase their creations and demonstrate their skills to the public.
Some artists will offer live demonstrations of their craft, workshops or refreshments. Artwork can be bought directly from the artists, commission-free.
